This matched pair of “Ring Chairs” was designed by Ole Gjerløv-Knudsen and Torben Lind and produced in Denmark in the late 1960s.
A sculptural example of Danish Space Age design, the chairs feature the original red molded shells with embossed “Made in Denmark” marking inside. The surfaces show an honest patina consistent with age, with no structural modifications.
The chairs arrived without cushions. New cushions have been custom-made, carefully respecting the original proportions, volume and visual balance of the design, using high-quality contemporary materials while preserving the integrity of the model.
